Who is responsible for your data
VALIER HOLDING, 2 place Alfonse Jourdain, 31000 Toulouse, France. For any question about your data: support@fmnano.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer: these questions are handled by Jean-Guy Salomon, president.
This website
This website sets no cookies, contains no trackers and no audience measurement tools. It loads nothing from any other site. The server that serves it keeps no log of visits. If you write to us, we receive your message and your email address, and we use them only to reply to you.
What we keep, and why
- Your phone number
- It identifies your account. From it we work out your country, which sets the default language, the price for your region and the countries where the service is not offered. We also keep the date your account was created and the date it was last used.
- What you enter
- Your vehicles, due dates, mileage readings, expenses and notes. Do not enter information about your health or that of other people: the service does not need it.
- Your email address, if you give it
- To send you your reminders and messages about your account. For each email sent, we keep proof that it was sent (recipient, subject, date), never its content.
- Your plan and your payments
- The plan for each product, and, if you pay, the record of the payment: payer, amount, date, reference.
- Technical records
- The sending of login codes (number and IP address, to prevent abuse), the list of tools called and the time of each call, the server log. Login codes and the connection keys of your assistants are stored in a form that cannot be read back.
This data is used to run the service you asked for (this is what allows us to process it), to protect that service against abuse (our legitimate interest), and to keep our accounts (a legal obligation). It is never used for advertising and is never sold.
Who else sees it
- OVH (OVH SAS, Roubaix, France) hosts the service and its backups, in France.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) sends our emails. It adds a pixel that measures whether they are opened: “no trackers” refers to this website, not to these emails. Some of its own providers are located outside the European Union (United States, India); these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Microsoft hosts the mailbox that receives messages written to support@fmnano.com.
These providers process your data on our behalf and according to our instructions.
Your assistant. When you use Nano from ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral Vibe or another assistant, you are the one who entrusts your conversation to it, and Nano replies to it. The publisher of the assistant (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral…) then processes what you tell it and what Nano sends back, under its own rules, sometimes outside the European Union. Choose it with full knowledge of this.
How long
- Your account and what you entered: for as long as you use it. After one year without any use, the account and its data are deleted. If you gave an email address, we warn you one month before.
- An item you delete (a due date, a note): it disappears from the service immediately.
- Backups: a deleted item may remain in them for at most 14 days, then it disappears with the oldest backup.
- Records of login code sending: 2 days.
- Payment records: 10 years, because the law requires it for accounting documents. When your account is deleted, they are no longer linked to it.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- obtain a copy of your data, in a format you can reuse;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted, along with your account;
- object to a processing or ask for it to be restricted;
- turn off email reminders, using the link included in each of them.
Write to support@fmnano.com from the address linked to your account, or tell us the phone number of the account: we will check that the request really comes from you. We reply within one month. You can also delete your vehicles, due dates and notes yourself from your assistant.
If you believe we are not respecting your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or with the authority of your country.
Where your data lives
Your data is hosted in France, whatever your country. It is protected by European law (GDPR), including if you live outside the European Union.
If something changes
We will update this page and change its date. If the change affects how your data is used, we will let you know by email when we have your address.
